New groups
There have been some changes to the online form for submitting congregational preaching scores. The whole process of collecting scores and displaying the results is still being worked out, but this form is likely to remain as it is now.
Only one or two devotees did submit their scores in this way, while some others sent in the forms previously used. That's fine, of course. If you send one of the previously used forms, either to me (phani@namahatta.org) or the previous email address (cpscores@yahoo.co.in), i can submit them for you, attaching your original report to the online form, so we can check later if there's been any misunderstanding.
I hope this final online form covers all information we need from your preaching area, and that it's a little less confusing than my first attempt. I actually think these forms are easier to understand and fill in than some of the forms that have been used earlier. Please read on for more detailed information how to submit them.
You find the link for submitting online forms in the left side-bar in this group, in the block titled "Congregational Preaching Scores." The link reads "Create CP Scores Report" (you can click on the link here, too).

| Temple, Yatra, or Region Reported for | Here you should mention the temple, yatra, or area you are reporting for. Please use a format like: "Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India," starting with the locality's name, ending with the country's. | |

| Groups | This is an 'expandable' field group, initially collapsed, listing all content channels or groups you are a member of. You should leave this one, "Congregational Preaching Scores," checked as the only group. Unless you have a reason not to show your preaching results to the public (readers who are not members of this group), please check the field "Public" at the end. |
Next come four field groups, initially collapsed, that can be expanded by clicking on the title:
- Congregational Groups
- Congregational Programs
- Cultivation Efforts
- Siksa Program
Here you specify the total number of groups of a certain type, the total number of meetings all groups had in the reporting period, and the total number of members in all groups. Please enter only integers, i.e., numbers without decimal points, and no letters or other signs. For additional comments or clarifications use the field at the end of each section, "Comments ...."
Below each data field there's a short explanation. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to write to me (phani@namahatta.org). In case you find all this confusing or intimidating, or something doesn't work as expected, you're welcome to email me your preaching results and I'll enter them for you.
